Work + Wind Down at the Den

A boutique work den by day. A wellness speakeasy by night.

Work + Wind Down is a new Wednesday experience at Bu Tea Den for people looking for a more intentional place to work, connect and transition out of the day.

Choose an intimate three-hour work session, join HERO for an immersive evening sound bath, or experience both. Each session is kept intentionally small so guests have room to focus, breathe and feel grounded.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23

MORNING WORK SESSION
10 AM - 1 PM

Settle in, enjoy something thoughtful to drink and focus alongside a small group. Calls are welcome, and headphones are encouraged.

AFTERNOON WORK SESSION
1 PM - 4 PM

Find your rhythm and finish the workday in a calm, comfortable setting.

Each work session includes:

• Wi-Fi and shared workspace
• HERO’s award-winning cold-brew coffee
• Two rotating hot teas
• Space for phone and video calls
• Limited seating and thoughtful service

Hot coffee drinks and pastries will be available for purchase. HERO’s take-home cold brew will be available by preorder so it can be prepared in the right quantity without unnecessary waste.

AFTER-WORK SOUND BATH WITH HERO
5 PM - 6:15 PM

Shift out of work mode and into a more grounded state.

Check-in begins at 4:30 PM. Doors open for seating at 4:45 PM.

EVENING SOUND BATH WITH HERO
6:45 PM - 8 PM

Close the day with time to slow down, listen and reset.

Check-in begins at 6:15 PM. Doors open for seating at 6:30 PM.

Each 75-minute experience includes a 60-minute sound bath followed by 15 minutes for grounding and tea.

HERO will weave together the deep resonance of the gong, the grounding vibrations of the didgeridoo and the breath-like tones of the Japanese shakuhachi flute.

Each sound bath is limited to 12 guests, with six yoga-mat spaces and six lounge seats. Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
